Event Description

Weekend detox retreats at the beautiful sixteenth century Marsh Farm house in Binsted near Arundel. The weekend is very relaxed and open to everyone. The focus of the weekend a gentle detox. A full schedule of eight Dynamic and Hatha yoga classes, Yoga Nidra and Pilates sessions to choose from, as well as home-made vegetarian and organic food. Specific diets can be catered for. Holistic therapies available. From £257 per person
