Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. She is passionate in the inquiry to find ones true nature and freedom.

In her teaching, Louisa encourages the understanding and acceptance of life, finding the teacher within and acknowledging the God in all. Louisa has had a committed Yoga practice for 30 years.

My Yoga Style

Louisa has studied many Yoga styles and has undertaken long periods of meditation with many different Yoga Masters. She teaches the principles of Tantric Advaita Philosophy and specializes in Yoga Teacher Trainings which she teaches all over the world.

Louisa is the Founder, Director and Course Coordinator of Yoga Arts.

I Practise Yoga at

As I travel a lot, I practice Yoga where ever I am, Bali, Sri Lanka and Byron Bay Australia.

Yoga travels

Yoga Arts offers Yoga Alliance Accredited 200 & 500 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali & Sri Lanka, as well as, Yoga Holiday Retreats in Ubud & Bingin Beach Bali and Byron Bay Australia.
