Profile Information

Personal: I live in the beautiful French Alps, where I run Yoga & Life Coaching Retreat Holidays & Weekends. I am married and have a wonderful dog Megan. I enjoy walking, being in nature, meditating & I love Salsa dancing.
I am passionate about my job as a Life Coach and love the way it helps people to get to know themselves, what is really important to them & to live a life of fulfilment.

About me: I am a Yoga & Meditation teacher & a fully qualified Life Coach (CTI). I really believe that Yoga & Meditation are a gift we can give ourselves. A gift of helping us come into the present moment as well as being present to what is going on for ourself emotionally, mentally & physically. I love to help people really connect with their body, the earth & their breath so that they can enjoy living, to a much greater degree, in the present & with joy, happiness & balance.
